Developed Chariot's robust new market launch playbook with support from Ernst & Young's advisory team. My contributions were in the following sections:

  • Product & Tech: New city landing pages, UK product localization
  • Growth Marketing Strategy
  • Recruiting & Hiring process for local teams

Oversaw execution of launches and management of the expansion team with 5 direct reports (3 US, 2 International). 

Set up offices and operations in London, Seattle & New York City
